A couple of questions we must ask ourselves are, "Does Jesus offer us a stress free life?" And does the Bible offer us solutions to living a stress free life? I believe the answer to both of these questions is yes and that's what I want to look at in this in my class this sunday. We will be looking at the subject of stress and the constructive solutions we can apply for living successfully in an environment that is stressful living.
